Hand Arendall's Professional Liability Practice Team of lawyers represents stockbrokers, realtors, lawyers, insurance agents, architects, and other professionals in defense of claims of professional negligence. Most recently, they have represented insurance agents charged with failure to procure appropriate coverage; realtors charged with failure to disclose property defects in connection with real estate sales; and bank officers charged with breaches of fiduciary duties.

Professional Liability Practice Team members are frequent speakers and authors on professional liability issues, and are active participants in the Defense Research Institute's Professional Liability Committee.
