Hand Arendall's Worker's Compensation Team actively represents insured and self-insured employers in worker's compensation matters. They provide a wide range of services for employers facing worker's compensation matters including pre-litigation claims handling advice, assisting clients as they navigate between the overlapping regulatory requirements of the worker's compensation laws and other Federal and State employment law regulations, and representation of the employers in wrongful termination claims. In addition, they also represent maritime employers in Longshore & Harborworker's Compesation Act and Jones Act claims.

The Worker's Compensation Practice Team's lawyers are members of the Alabama Defense Lawyer's Association and are associate members of the Alabama Worker's Compensation Organization, the Alabama Self-Insurer's Association, the Associated General Contractors, the Associated Builders and Contractors, and the Alabama and Mobile Homebuilder's Associations.
