Biographical Information

E. Luckett Robinson, II is a member of the Firm’s Business Litigation and Personal Injury, Labor and Insurance Practice Groups.

Mr. Robinson has tried and handled the appeals of jury and non-jury cases in Alabama state and federal courts and has represented insurers, businesses, utility companies, professionals, manufacturers and employers through trials. He routinely defends and represents businesses, professionals (including lawyers, physicians, accountants and engineers), and insurers. In addition to trying and defending cases, Mr. Robinson counsels clients on ways in which to avoid litigation and works with them to investigate accidents and to provide legal advice on employment and business matters and disputes before any litigation ensues.

Mr. Robinson is a member of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association, as well as a member of its Forum on the Construction Industry, Torts and Insurance Group and its Life, Health, and Disability Section. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and its Medical Liability and Life, Health, and Disability Practice Groups.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Robinson has served as a Class Agent for Washington & Lee University’s Annual Fund Campaign and as an alumni interview coordinator for applicants to Washington & Lee University. In addition, he serves as a Board Member for St. Paul's Episcopal School. He also is a member of St. Mary’s Parish and actively raises money for the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society and other local charities.
